The Institute for Educational Research and Service (IERS) partnered with The University of Montana's International Programs and School of Education to provide professional development to educators from Russia and Kyrgyzstan. Both of these intensive programs involved teaching educators about the U.S. education system, including visiting and observing schools, meeting with the State Superintendent of Schools and working with education, science and math faculty.
